Never ever after responding does a follow up
Im still waiting for return label for long haul set return I noticed that if they dont want it back say it not keeping you waiting Im afraid that Ill get its to late to send back & at the time Im in frame to send back This is so frustrating and unbelievably annoying and bad for me to tell my friends and family go buy from Ridge products

My ridge wallet opened up all but one...

My Ridge wallet opened up; all but one hex screw is left. When I took it out of my pocket, this is the second time all the screws have loosened up and been lost.
This seems to be a recurring problem. What can you do to fix this second-time issue?
The screw should be screwed into the wallet with a locking lube to prevent this from happening again and again. I can show you the defective wallet; where do I send a picture?

Back strap on my wallet is broken

No response from customer support

I was gifted a personalized Ridge and it's my first one. You cannot read the script.
I have emailed Ridge for two weeks and was promised a resolution, and this issue would be expected, and nothing has been done. They do not stand by their product and do not care to make it right, as they claim. We have bought over 15 Ridge wallets as gifts over the years, and the one time I receive a wallet and it's not legible, no support or resolution is given. Terrible service.
Can you read what that says in the attached photo? That is not what the mock-up looked like.

At almost $100 a piece shouldn't the strap last for more than 4 years? My wife bought me one of your wallets 4 years ago.
The elastic strap is done. At almost $100 your wallet is not only extremely expensive to begin with, but it's stupid expensive for how long it lasts. $25 a year ridiculous.
Unless there is a way to replace the elastic strap. Is there a way to replace the elastic strap?

Plug on charger broken
Charger was charging my phone, and my cat pushed it off the table. It hit the floor and separated from my phone. When I recovered my phone, some of the plug was still in my phone.

I ordered one of your wallets through the shop, and the shipper lost the package. The shipper is telling me to contact the seller. The shop is saying that I have to contact you guys, and you guys are saying I don't have an existing order.

My husbands ridge has broken and very disappointed want it replaced

I have an old ridge wallet from like 2018 and the bands are very loose I'm starting to lose cards
They said there was a $5 charge that was fully refundable. I got an alert for my bank account that they were trying to charge me $45.
I had to call fraud I didn't know who it was and they canceled my card and I'm getting a new one.
How can you say five when you make it 45? I still need new bands for my wallet
